Duties and Responsibilities

  • Estimating of general and environmental construction projects
  • Management of field personnel, equipment and resources.
  • Project management, coordination with owners, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and maintain daily logs, job progress schedules and material deliveries.
  • Conduct monthly safety meetings with all field personnel to ensure full compliance with all OSHA regulations.



Experience

  • Administrator: Monitoring and analysis of job costs.  Reviewing and approving of shop drawings and submittals.
  • Estimator: Over 15 years of experience in construction estimating, planning and field supervision. AHERA Abatement Supervisor.
  • Coordinator: Coordination of various specialty trade subcontractors on multiple projects, examine field layout of construction projects from the foundation through the roof.
